At Corston, we want you to be completely satisfied with your architectural hardware and lighting. If your order isn't quite right, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original Corston packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
