What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-finished products or bespoke orders may not be eligible for return.
Are your electrical switches and sockets compatible with standard back boxes?
Yes, our switches and sockets are designed to fit standard UK and European back boxes. We recommend a minimum depth of 35mm for most of our integrated electronic components.
How should I clean and maintain my hardware?
To maintain the finish, we recommend wiping with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the hand-applied lacquers or natural patinas.
